The key objectives are to support the trainees and coachees to build quickly their own web site from scratch. The goal is double. Initially the trainees are introduced to web technologies which will be very useful throughout their career at any post and any organization. Secondly, it is widely proved that building a simple web site step-by-step help trainees to overcome their prejudice towards technology’s complexity (technophobia).

Blockchain technology and NFTs How the pandemic boosted the “Digital Original” Trading & the Future Prospects
This is an original course designed to present new opportunities that have been raised during the pandemic. The overall objective is to prove that throughout complicated periods and crises young people can find new ways to self-express and use the digital networks so as to re-invent themselves, be creative and gain prospect for the future.
Agripreneurship: Start your own business in the agri-food sector.
This is an innovative course designed to foster and motivate NEETS to start their own businesses. The overall goal is to introduce young people to the concept of agripreneurship and support them with useful information of how to start a new and sustainable business in the agri-food sector.
Coaching
Through the StayOn project participants receive on average 4 individual coaching hours. Coaches offer support to participants to make a change, learn something new and/or achieve their goals. The essence of coaching is not giving answers to participants, but rather helping them find answers on their own. Coaches in the StayOn project lead participants through the process of trainings & community involvement, help them identify their potential and support them in overcoming obstacles on the way to their empowerment.
The main goal of the coaching in the context of StayOn is to help participants prepare their development plan. Coaches in the StayOn project receive individual and group support to lead participants through the process.
